Branch Description: Over 20 years in Mortgage Lending with a concentration in residential Loan Origination, including Underwriting Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Specializing in “first-time” home buyers. Using an underwriter’s perspective, I have the ability to review many loan scenarios to define placement of the loan, specific to the customer’s needs. My combined lending experience in Loan Origination, Loan Processing and Underwriting has given our team a reputation for getting loans approved and having "on-time" closings which is an absolute must in this industry. Serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Arizona Mortgage Banker’s Association, I remain engaged in the mortgage industry to identify trends and lending guidelines that contribute to O’Dowd and Associates Mortgage Co., Inc. being one of the highest producers in the State of Arizona and a reputation that we are proud to have. O’Dowd Mortgage supports the Arizona School of Real Estate where I serve as an instructor in Loan Officer and Loan Processing courses. |

Branch Description: A native of Phoenix, Arizona and a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Public Administration, I have spent over 20 years in Finance and Management occupations. The last several years have been dedicated to the mortgage lending industry with O’Dowd & Associates Mortgage Co., Inc. Specializing in builder construction loans, home renovation and remodeling. Having personally built my last two homes, I truly understand the unique requirements of Construction Lending, both from the builder and borrower perspective. My years of business experience has taught me to first understand customer requirements and then to help them define a mortgage loan product that best fits their specific needs. |
